Mr. Ohman is the former Director of End User Training for The Crosby Group, and served as The Crosby Group’s Director of International Business Development, and as the Chief Engineer & Plant Manager of the Crosby Laughlin Plant. He is best known for the creation of The Crosby Group's Training Programs that have been taught around the world. He has contributed to the ASME, the American Society of Training & Development, ACRP, and many other industry groups in his effort to elevate and help the industry. He holds an MBA, a Master’s degree in Adult Education, and PE (Professional Engineer) in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, Mr. Ohman has the distinction of having served three years in the US Army (Lt. retired).

Mr. Kane is a senior business executive with decades of experience working across industries in strategic business roles. He has worked with top executives in the international banking and legal industries as well with Private Equity and Venture Capital companies in improving operational effectiveness in portfolio companies. Greg is known for his deep analytical focus and keen insights in gathering and processing data. He holds both a JD and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
